Artifacts, Etc.'s Guarantee Policy

Our guarantee is this: If we purchased an item for re-sale, we have no assurance that it will sell. So, with that in mind, there is a chance that it will stay in our collection. We will not offer for sell, anything that we would not feel comfortable adding to our own personal collection. Authenticity and quality is the top priority, and any item we offer will be just that.

If you charged your purchase with a major credit card, and have decided that you are not satisfied with it, we will refund your payment by an Artifacts, Etc. company check. Our card server charges us $20.00 for a charge back on any of the card types that we accept. 

If you purchase an item, and you are not 100% satisfied with it, we will give you a refund on the item if you contact us within a 15 day period. I feel that this is plenty of time to decide for yourself, or for you to send it to an authenticator,  and have their opinion back.

We have 25 years experience in purchasing and selling artifacts, fossils, bottles, and the other antiquities that we offer. If we see anything about an item that we don't feel is "right", we do not purchase it. Please buy with confidence. Our knowledge and experience is working for you.

On Authentication Services:

There are many authenticators out there willing to give you their opinion for a price. What you get is their opinion. There are some of these authenticators that I feel have the knowledge and capabilities of giving a credible evaluation. If you have an authenticator that you wish to use, please discuss this with us before purchasing the artifact. We feel that artifacts and materials of a certain area should be examined by people with a qualified amount of experience on artifacts and materials of that area. We will be more than happy to discuss your thoughts and ideas.
